The Position:
Client: Commonwealth of Pennsylvania – Department Of Corrections (DOC)
Position Title: DOC – Senior Business Analyst FA1 (750574)
Location: Hybrid; Remote Off-Site and On-Site in Mechanicsburg, PA
Duration: Initial term through 06/30/2025 (+ Annual Renewal in 1-Year Terms)
Note: This position will be primarily remote off-site with on-site required as needed. Candidates must currently reside within a reasonable commuting distance (1-hour/50-miles) of Mechanicsburg, PA. This position requires an in-depth background check, including fingerprinting and requires successful results. Interviews process will be by Teams first round, and potentially in-person second round.
DOC is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a Business Analysis, Quality Assurance and Project Management background; experience with OnBase or FileNet is highly desired. This role will be gathering and documenting requirements, testing, creating user guides, as well as assisting the Project Manager, with planning and monitoring tasks.
The Skills and Experience:
- 4+ Years: Experience with project management
- 4+ Years: Experience with requirements gathering
- 4+ Years: Experience developing Business Requirements documentation
- 4+ Years: Experience conducting full system testing with overall functionality
- Experience with OnBase or FileNet is highly desired
- Prior Commonwealth experience is highly desired
- Experience on a Scrum Team or Agile environment is highly desired
