We are seeking an experienced SAP FICA (Contract Accounts Receivable & Payable) Developer to design, develop, and support SAP FICA technical solutions covering customer account management, payments, dunning/collections, disputes, financial postings, and reconciliation.  Build ABAP enhancements and interfaces, supports integration with SAP BRIM (CI/CC/SOM) and S/4HANA Finance, and provides production/testing support.

Our SAP FICA (Contract Accounts Receivable & Payable) Developer will perform the following duties;
- FICA Development: Design/develop/enhance technical objects for account management, payment processing, dunning/collections, dispute management, postings, reconciliation, and write-offs/adjustments; translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- ABAP Development: Build/maintain ABAP programs, user exits, BADIs, enhancements, reports, forms, interfaces, APIs, and web services; support workflow automation per enterprise coding standards.
- BRIM & Financial Integration: Support FICA integration with Convergent Invoicing (CI), Convergent Charging (CC), Subscription Order Management (SOM), S/4HANA Finance, CRM, and payment gateways/banking platforms.

- Testing & QA: Execute unit, integration, system, and UAT testing; validate financial transactions/postings; support defect analysis and resolution.
- Performance & Production Support: Optimize application/transaction performance; troubleshoot across dev/QA/production; support deployments, go-lives, and incident response/RCA.
- Documentation & Governance: Maintain technical specs, interface docs, runbooks, and standards; support audit/regulatory compliance.
- Collaboration: Work with FICA/BRIM functional consultants, finance stakeholders, BASIS, integration developers, and infrastructure teams; participate in workshops, architecture reviews, and Agile delivery.

The Skills and Experience:
- 3+ Years: SAP technical development experience
- 2+ Years: SAP FICA development experience
- Hands-on SAP FICA application development, financial integrations, billing/payment processes, and customer account management solutions
- Strong ABAP development: enhancements, user exits, BADIs, APIs, workflow integrations

We are seeking an experienced SAP BRIM Architect (SOM) to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) solutions for a high-volume, consumption-based billing and revenue management program.  This role owns the SAP S/4HANA Subscription Order Management architecture and supports end-to-end architecture across SAP S/4HANA Convergent Invoicing, Convergent Charging, Convergent Mediation, and Financial Contract Accounting (FICA), and works closely with business stakeholders, functional analysts, and cross-functional technical teams to deliver a compliant, scalable, and well-integrated billing ecosystem.

Our SAP BRIM Architect (SOM) will perform the following duties;
- Architect, design, implement, and test changes to SAP BRIM and related/ancillary technologies, including SAP S/4HANA Subscription Order Management, Convergent Invoicing, Convergent Charging, Financial Contract Accounting, Sales & Distribution, and Materials Management, ensuring efficient operation with Convergent Mediation and Convergent Charging to meet overall client needs; Primary responsibility will be on Subscription Order Management.
- Lead workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements, partnering with business and functional analysts to ensure processes, features, and user stories are captured correctly and receive business approval.
- Provide implementation services to evaluate, design, and configure end-to-end business processes for high-volume, consumption-based billing and revenue management models built on SAP BRIM.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP BRIM with other systems, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, a separate SAP ERP instance, and a payment gateway for real-time payment processing from CRM.
- Participate in developing the data model and integrations for the entire system, working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM experts to minimize data replication and ensure data integrity.
- Ensure systems are designed and built to be PCI and SOC 1/SOC 2 compliant.
- Configure and customize SAP BRIM modules — Subscription Order Management, Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, and Financial Contract Accounting — to meet the organization’s specific billing, revenue management, and subscription management requirements.
- Lead SAP teams’ collaboration with the data migration team:
- - Ensuring target mappings are accurately captured.
- - Successfully performing data migration and cutover for extremely high data volumes.
- - Minimizing downtime by performing delta loads.
- - Designing capabilities that allow customers to seamlessly dispute closed and migrated transactions with no additional work for business staff.
- Recommend appropriate use of FIORI to create an intuitive experience for accountants and other SAP users performing daily duties.
- Document process designs and technological solutions per SAP best practices, minimizing customizations and customizing only when absolutely required.
- Document features, user stories, configuration, and development tasks in Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Write functional specifications where required and work with the technical team to review technical specifications.
- Write thorough functional test cases, perform functional testing, and capture results.
- Review System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts and results for completeness; participate in testing activities.

The Skills and Experience:
- Proven hands-on experience architecting and implementing SAP BRIM, including Subscription Order Management, Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, Convergent Mediation, and Financial Contract Accounting
- Strong background in high-volume, consumption-based billing and revenue management models
- Experience integrating SAP BRIM with third-party systems such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, external SAP ERP instances, and payment gateways is a plus

The Position:
Client: Commonwealth of Pennsylvania – Department Of Health (DOH)
Position Title: DOH - Business Analyst BA2 (806143)
Location: Hybrid; Remote Off-Site and On-Site in Harrisburg, PA

Note:  The position is hybrid; primarily remote off-site, with on-site as needed.  Candidates must currently reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Harrisburg, PA to be considered.

The primary objectives of this engagement are to provide deduplication support and to process immunization records requests.  The contractor will work directly with the registry manager, registry supervisors, registry specialists, and other contracted staff of the PIERS team during this assignment.
- Manually merge immunization records in PIERS possible duplicate case queues
- Merge duplicate immunization records identified by providers reporting to PIERS
- Separate records that are found to be comingled or incorrectly merged
- Resolve data discrepancies in patient records 
- Identify trends in the creation of duplicate records
- Suggest improvements to IIS matching and merging processes
- Work with the registry manager and other IIS staff to develop, update, and maintain clearly defined standard operating procedures to support manual merging of immunization records and separation of records that have been incorrectly merged
- Process immunization record requests
- Process immunization record change requests
- Provide PIERS hotline support for calls from the public regarding their immunization record requests 
- Communicate with public regarding their immunization record requests via phone and email
- Adhere to jurisdiction policies to always maintain the security and confidentiality of PIERS data
- Communicate and collaborate with IIS staff to resolve duplicates and comingled records
- Consistently treat end users, stakeholders, and co-workers with dignity and respect
- Create and maintain a work environment that is welcoming and respectful of diversity
- Assist with other related tasks and duties as necessary

The Skills and Experience:
- 4+ Years: Business Analyst experience
- Data analysis and visualization skills
- Use distance communication methods including conference call and webinar tools
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work
- Establish short-term and long-term objectives and specify the strategies to achieve them
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Access, Excel, Power Point and Word
- Communicate effectively in writing, orally, electronically and in-person
- Ability to make decisions based on independent judgment and standard operating procedures
